Privacy notice
CAN Trading Inc. ("we") runs this website. This notice explains how we handle your personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect:
- your business name and the contact person's name
- your mobile number and email address
- your delivery address, delivery choice and preferred payment
- the items you ask for and your notes
We only collect it if you tick the consent box on the form. We record when you agreed and which version of this notice you saw.
Why we use it
- to prepare and email your quotation
- to contact you about stock, delivery and payment for your order
We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.
Who sees it
Our staff. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our emails are sent through Resend. They keep your information for us and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
We delete quote requests automatically 3 years after they are made.
Cookies
We use one cookie to remember your quote list. It holds item codes and quantities only. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission.
